Jazz at The Bellamy Mansion 2026 Concert Series
Wed. July 8 - S.O.P.
S.O.P. was established in January 2002 as a Gospel music ensemble serving as the instrumental foundation of the music ministry at the Ekklesia Church in Wilmington, North Carolina.

In October 2014, the band adopted the name S.O.P. (Sounds of Praise) and broadened its musical outreach by launching The Invitation, a weekly jazz jam session. In addition to hosting The Invitation, S.O.P. has continued to provide music for Sunday morning worship services at the Ekklesia Church while also performing at local clubs, festivals, private events, and wedding receptions throughout the region.

Today, the core members of S.O.P. are Brian Medeiros (Alto Saxophone), Sherome “Sweetkeyz” Clay (Keyboards), Kuumba Jaron Bradley (Drums), Larry Keasley (Bass Guitar), and Federico Santana (Percussion).
Cape Fear Jazz Society will be presenting S.O.P.’s jazz genre music by such greats as Herbie Hancock, George Benson, Wayne Shorter, Grover Washington, David Sanborn, Bob James and many other jazz and R&B artists.

Tickets for this event sold at the door only. Shows are outdoors on the Bellamy lawn weather permitting. In case of inclement weather the show will be cancelled, so check our website.

The outdoor summer jazz series is back at the Bellamy Mansion in Wilmington, NC ! Jazz concerts are held on the second Wednesday evening of the month starting at 6:30 PM. Tickets only available at the door are $25, $20 for members of the CFJS or the Bellamy, $15 for students and active military with IDs.
